The hotel and casino will also feature 36 holes of golf, including a new 18-hole championship golf course surrounding the proposed resort complex. A 12-acre man-made lake will be located in front of the hotel. Adjacent to the hotel, customers will be able to park in one of over 12,000 parking spaces (both surface and garage) or utilize one of the onsite or offsite shuttle busses servicing Pocono Manor and other area attractions. It is projected to create 4,000 resort-related jobs and an additional 1,685 indirect jobs, making the Pocono Manor Resort & Casino the second largest employer in the region.
